RSM International, one of the world’s largest accounting, tax and consulting networks, has made two key admissions in Italy securing one of the countries leading audit firms and a major network of tax consultancy firms, continuing its strong growth pattern in the European region.

H-Audit S.r.l, now known as RSM Italy S.p.A, is headquartered in Milan, and specialises in audit and corporate finance, whilst Synergia Consulting Group S.r.l is a network of 15 independent firms focused primarily on tax consultancy, company law and accountancy. They have worked closely in the past providing a seamless service to clients with multi-service requirements. RSM is now ranked 5th in size in Italy with group revenues of €32.8 million and a total of 356 staff.
