Our Approach
Our consultants will review your critical production and inventory control needs, the skill levels of your personnel involved with system administration, and help design, develop, and select a viable control system to meet your production and inventory control needs. We use your personnel to help with this process as much as possible, taking advantage of their knowledge while providing them with some education. Using your employees also gives them buy-in or ownership of the system they will be working with.
Each company has varying skill levels and needs, so our consultant may determine that a manual system may be appropriate for you while an automated system may suit another company. Consequently, one engagement may require system design and development, while another may only require selection of an existing packaged system. Either way, our consultants are available to support the implementation efforts until the system is fully operational.
